We take your privacy seriously and are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can contact us via the contact page on this site.
When you buy a service through this site, your payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We receive the following information from Stripe after a completed transaction:
Your name and email address, used to contact you about your order, send your intake form, deliver your completed work, and manage your project. Your payment amount and order reference, stored in our records for accounting and legal compliance. We do not store, handle, or have access to your card number, bank details, or any other payment credentials. All payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
This site records certain technical data to help us improve the service and understand how visitors use the site. This includes IP addresses and pages visited, collected via our own on-site analytics system (not a third-party tool). This data is not linked to your identity unless you have also made a purchase.
We also log 404 errors — URLs that visitors tried to reach but that don't exist — to help us identify broken links and understand what content people are looking for. These logs contain the attempted URL and a timestamp only.
This site uses a small number of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may set cookies or log your IP address as part of serving font files. This is a technical necessity for delivering the typefaces used on the site. Google's privacy policy applies to this data: policies.google.com/privacy.
If you log into the admin area of this site, a session cookie is set to keep you authenticated. This cookie is deleted when you log out or close your browser.
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:
Contract performance — your name and email are necessary to deliver the service you have purchased. Without this information we cannot fulfil your order.
Legitimate interests — site usage data and 404 logs are collected on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the site and service, in a way that does not override your rights.
Legal obligation — we retain order records (name, email, amount paid) as required by UK accounting and tax law.
Order records (name, email, amount paid, project status) are kept for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements for accounting records. Site usage logs and 404 logs are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed, typically within 12 months. Session cookies expire when you close your browser or log out.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the following third parties as necessary to operate the service:
Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details and returns your name and email to us on successful payment. Stripe is based in the US and operates under standard contractual clauses for UK data transfers.
Our hosting provider — this site is hosted on a UK-based server. Your data is stored on servers within the United Kingdom.
We do not use any third-party email marketing, CRM, or analytics platforms at this time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records); object to processing based on legitimate interests; request restriction of processing; and data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time as the site and service develop. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
